- Ordered into active Federal service 15 October 1961 at Milbank; released from active Federal service 5 August 1962 and reverted to state control
- Ordered into active Federal service 17 November 1990 at Milbank; released from active Federal service 8 July 1991 and reverted to state control
- Ordered into active Federal service in 2003 at Milbank; released from active Federal service 17 October 2004 and reverted to state control
