- Inactivated 20 January 1946 in the Philippines
- Redesignated 26 December 1947 as the 430th Transportation Port Company and allotted to the Organized Reserves
- Activated 13 January 1948 at Baltimore, Maryland
- (Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)
- Reorganized and redesignated 2 June 1953 as the 430th Transportation Company
- Ordered into active military service 1 October 1961 at Baltimore, Maryland; released from active military service 7 August 1962 and reverted to reserve status
- Ordered into active military service 11 February 2003 at Baltimore, Maryland; released from active military service 10 February 2004 and reverted to reserve status
