• Reorganized and redesignated 1 September 2006 as Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 151st Support Group
• Ordered into active Federal service 2 March 2007 at Wellesley; released from active Federal service 27 May 2008 and reverted to state control
• Location changed 1 March 2015 to Reading
