(Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)

Reorganized and redesignated 11 June 1953 as the 820th Signal Company

Inactivated 10 April 1956 at Akron, Ohio

Activated 16 October 1982 at Little Rock, Arkansas

Location changed 26 March 1984 to North Little Rock, Arkansas; on 17 September 2001 to Mesquite, Texas

Ordered into active military service 11 April 2005 at Mesquite, Texas; released from active military service 9 November 2006 and reverted to reserve status
