Reorganized and redesignated 12 June 1944 as the 931st Signal Battalion

Inactivated 29 December 1945 in India

Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 931st Signal Battalion, redesignated
28 March 1967 as Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 35th Signal Group, and allotted to the Regular Army

Activated 25 April 1967 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina

Reorganized and redesignated 16 December 1979 as Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 35th Signal Brigade
