- Redesignated 16 June 1996 as the 141st Psychological Operations Detachment
- Withdrawn 18 September 2006 from the Regular Army and allotted to the Army Reserve; concurrently redesignated as the 341st Psychological Operations Company
- Activated 16 September 2008 at San Antonio, Texas
- (Element ordered into active military service 9 March 2010 at San Antonio, Texas; released from active military service 12 April 2011 and reverted to reserve status)
