- Organized and Federally recognized 30 November 1965 in the Mississippi Army National Guard at Philadelphia as Company A, 1st Battalion, 198th Armor, an element of the 31st Infantry Division
- Converted and redesignated 15 February 1968 as the 367th Heavy Equipment Maintenance Company and relieved from assignment to the 31st Infantry Division
- Reorganized and redesignated 1 February 1972 as the 367th Maintenance Company
- Ordered into active Federal service 28 November 1990 at Philadelphia; released from active Federal service 25 May 1991 and reverted to state control
- Ordered into active Federal service 2 December 2003 at Philadelphia; released from active Federal service 14 January 2005 and reverted to state control
