Reconstituted 12 October 1936 in the Regular Army and consolidated with the 6th Ordnance Company (constituted 1 October 1933 in the Regular Army); consolidated unit designated as the 6th Ordnance Company

Redesignated 16 December 1940 as the 60th Ordnance Company

Activated 6 February 1941 at the Savanna Ordnance Depot, Illinois

Reorganized and redesignated 27 April 1945 as the 60th Ordnance Ammunition Company

Inactivated 27 March 1946 in India

Activated 1 July 1946 at Fort Lewis, Washington

Inactivated 16 September 1949 at Fort Lewis, Washington

Activated 1 July 1951 in Germany

Reorganized and redesignated 20 November 1954 as the 60th Ordnance Company

Inactivated 16 April 1972 in Vietnam
