- Reorganized and redesignated 1 January 2000 as Detachment 2, 1137th Military Police Company
- Reorganized and redesignated 1 September 2006 as the 1140th Military Police Company
- Ordered into active Federal service 15 April 2009 at Fulton; released from active Federal service 19 May 2010 and reverted to state control
- Consolidated 1 May 2011 with the 4175th Military Police Detachment (see ANNEX), and consolidated unit designated as the 4175th Military Police Detachment
- ANNEX
- Constituted 1 October 2005 in the Missouri Army National Guard as the 4175th Military Police Detachment
- Organized and Federally recognized 7 November 2007 at Centertown
- Ordered into active Federal service 1 May 2010 at Centertown; released from active Federal service 4 June 2011 and reverted to state control
