            Organized 21 February 1896 in the Missouri National Guard at Hannibal as Company F, 4th Regiment  

            Mustered into Federal service 16 May 1898 at Jefferson Barracks, Missouri, as Company F, 4th Missouri Volunteer Infantry; mustered out of Federal service 10 February 1899 at Camp Wetherill, South Carolina, and reverted to state control as Company F, 4th Infantry

            Disbanded 7 March 1900 at Hannibal
            Reorganized 8 March 1900 in the Missouri National Guard at Hannibal as a company of an unattached battalion

            Reorganized and redesignated 31 March 1900 as Company G, 4th Infantry
            Disbanded 9 December 1901 at Hannibal
            Reorganized 1 July 1907 in the Missouri National Guard at Hannibal as a detachment of Company F, 4th Infantry

            Reorganized and redesignated 5 December 1907 as Company E, 4th Infantry

            Mustered into Federal service 26 June 1916 at Nevada, Missouri; mustered out of Federal service 28 February 1917 at Fort Riley, Kansas, and reverted to state control

            Drafted into Federal service 5 August 1917

            Reorganized and redesignated 1 October 1917 to form part of Company E, 139th Infantry, an element of the 35th Division

            Demobilized 9-11 May 1919 at Fort Riley, Kansas
            Reorganized and Federally recognized 14 February 1924 in the Missouri National Guard at Hannibal as Company L, 138th Infantry, an element of the 35th Division

            Inducted into Federal service 23 December 1940 at Hannibal
            (138th Infantry relieved 1 March 1942 from assignment to the 35th Division)
            Inactivated 20 July 1944 at Camp Shelby, Mississippi
            Converted, reorganized, and Federally recognized 15 November 1947 in the Missouri National Guard at Hannibal as the 35th Military Police Company, an element of the 35th Infantry Division

            Consolidated 15 April 1959 with the 35th Replacement Company (organized and Federally recognized 12 October 1955 at Hannibal) and consolidated unit reorganized and redesignated as Company D, 175th Military Police Battalion; concurrently, relieved from assignment to the 35th Infantry Division

            Reorganized and redesignated 1 March 1972 as the 2175th Military Police Company
            Ordered into active Federal service 26 July 1980 at Hannibal; released from active Federal service 9 August 1980 and reverted to state control

            Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 1 September 1995 as Battery A, 1st Battalion, 128th Field Artillery
           
            Reorganized and redesignated 1 September 1999 as Detachment 1, Battery A, 128th Field Artillery

            Redesignated 1 April 2000 as Battery B, 1st Battalion, 128th Field Artillery
            Redesignated 1 October 2005 as Battery B, 1st Battalion, 128th Field Artillery Regiment

            Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 1 September 2006 as the 2175th Military Police Company

            Ordered into active Federal service 31 August 2011 at Hannibal
