            Consolidated 30 September 1996 with Company E, 113th Engineer Battalion (see ANNEX) and consolidated unit designated as Company E, 113th Engineer Battalion
           
            Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 1 September 2003 as the 938th Military Police Detachment
           
            Ordered into active Federal service 1 September 2004 at Michigan City; released from active Federal service 13 May 2006 and reverted to state control
           
            Location changed 1 May 2010 to Gary

ANNEX

Constituted 1 October 1987 in the Indiana Army National Guard as the 1015th Adjutant General Company

Organized and Federally recognized 8 May 1988 at Michigan City

Ordered into active Federal service 19 October 1990 at Michigan City; released from active Federal service 27 April 1991 and reverted to state control

Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 18 April 1995 as Company E, 113th Engineer Battalion
