Redesignated 6 July 1948 as the 374th Military Police Company and allotted to the Organized Reserve Corps

Activated 30 July 1948 at San Francisco, California

Ordered into active military service 8 October 1950 at San Francisco, California

Reorganized and redesignated 1 January 1951 as the 374th Military Police Company, Post, Camp or Station

Reorganized and redesignated 5 October 1954 as the 374th Military Police Company

Released from active military service 7 March 1955 and reverted to reserve status

Reorganized and redesignated 16 December 1957 as the 374th Military Police Guard Company

Inactivated 1 July 1959 at Vallejo, California

Activated 22 February 1972 at Chicago, Illinois as the 374th Military Police Company

Inactivated 16 September 1979 at Chicago, Illinois

Activated 16 September 2009 at Dodge City, Kansas

Location changed 15 March 2010 to Chambersburg, Pennsylvania
