Constituted 24 June 1921 in the Organized Reserves as the 94th Military Police Company and assigned to the 94th Division

Redesignated 30 January 1942 as the Military Police Platoon, Headquarters and Military Police Company, 94th Division

Redesignated 15 September 1942 as the Military Police Platoon, 94th Infantry Division; concurrently ordered into active military service and activated at Fort Custer, Michigan

Inactivated 7 February 1946 at Camp Kilmer, New Jersey

Redesignated 6 February 1947 as the 94th Military Police Company, an element of the 94th Infantry Division

Activated 13 February 1947 at Boston, Massachusetts

(Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)

Inactivated 1 May 1959 at Boston, Massachusetts, and relieved from assignment to the 94th Infantry Division

Activated 16 September 1983 at Manchester, New Hampshire

Ordered into active military service 3 December 1990 at Manchester, New Hampshire; released from active military service 2 June 1991 and reverted to reserve status

Location changed 15 April 1999 to Londonderry, New Hampshire

Ordered into active military service 5 December 2002 at Londonderry, New Hampshire; released from active military service 19 October 2004 and reverted to reserve status
