  • Ordered into active Federal service 18 August 2005 at Frankfort; released from active Federal service 13 February 2007 and reverted to state control
  • Ordered into active Federal service 1 May 2013 at Frankfort; released from active Federal service 4 June 2014 and reverted to state control
