  • Reorganized and redesignated 1 June 1959 as the Service Battery, 4th Howitzer Battalion, 142d Artillery
  • Reorganized and redesignated 30 April 1964 as the Service Battery, 4th Battalion, 142d Artillery
  • Converted, reorganized and redesignated 1 December 1967 as the 2d and 3d Engineer Platoons, Company D, 875th Engineer Battalion
  • Reorganized and redesignated 8 January 1972 as Detachment 1, Company D, 875th Engineer Battalion
  • Reorganized and redesignated 1 December 1974 as Detachment 1, Company B, 875th Engineer Battalion
  • Reorganized and redesignated 1 October 1975 as Company B, 875th Engineer Battalion
  • Ordered into active Federal service 19 July 2006 at Rector
  • Reorganized and redesignated 1 September 2006 as the 1039th Engineer Company; concurrently, location changed to Marked Tree
  • Released from active Federal service 14 January 2008 and reverted to state control
  • Ordered into active Federal service 27 June 2012 at Marked Tree
