  • Withdrawn 3 May 2004 from the Regular Army and allotted to the Army Reserve
  • Activated 16 September 2010 at Orlando, Florida
  • Ordered into active military service 2 August 2015 at Orlando, Florida; released from active military service 4 September 2016 and reverted to reserve status
