  • Reorganized and redesignated 1 April 1954 as the 570th Engineer Company
  • Inactivated 25 March 1959 in Korea
  • Activated 24 June 1959 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia

  • Assigned 3 December 1969 to the 5th Infantry Division and activated at Fort Carson, Colorado
