  • Redesignated 27 April 1959 as the 367th Engineer Battalion
  • Activated 18 May 1959 with Headquarters at Fort Snelling, Minnesota
  • Location of Headquarters changed 1 July 1995 to St. Cloud, Minnesota
  • Ordered into active military service 11 February 2004 at St. Cloud, Minnesota; released from active military service 8 August 2005 and reverted to reserve status
  • (Organic elements inactivated 17 September 2007 at home stations; Support Company concurrently constituted and activated)
  • Ordered into active military service 14 January 2010 at St. Cloud, Minnesota; released from active military service 17 February 2011 and reverted to reserve status
