Activated 15 August 1966 at Fort Knox, Kentucky

Inactivated 1 April 1972 in Vietnam

Activated 1 August 1988 at Fort Lewis, Washington

Inactivated 15 March 1995 at Fort Lewis, Washington

Activated 17 October 2005 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri
