  • Reorganized and redesignated 30 December 1967 as Headquarters, 32d Infantry Brigade
  • Reorganized and redesignated 1 July 1995 as Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 32d Infantry Brigade; concurrently, location changed to Madison
  • Reorganized and redesignated 1 October 1997 as Headquarters and Headquarters Company 32d Brigade, 34th Infantry Division
  • Reorganized and redesignated 1 September 2003 as Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 32d Infantry Brigade; concurrently, location changed to Camp Douglas
  • Ordered into active Federal service 20 June 2005 at Camp Douglas; released from active Federal service 16 December 2006 and reverted to state control
  • Reorganized and redesignated 1 September 2008 as Headquarters, 32d Infantry Brigade Combat Team
  • Ordered into active Federal service 1 February 2009 at Camp Douglas; released from active Federal service 7 March 2010 and reverted to state control
  • Ordered into active Federal service 20-27 February 2014 at Camp Douglas; released from active Federal service 26 March-1 April 2010 and reverted to state control
