  • Company released from active military service 22 April 1991 and reverted to reserve status
  • Reorganized and redesignated 16 September 1992 as Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 407th Civil Affairs Battalion (organic elements concurrently constituted and activated)
  • Location of Headquarters changed 5 May 1997 to Arden Hills, Minnesota
  • Ordered into active military service 1 June 2003 at Arden Hills, Minnesota; released from active military service 30 May 2004 and reverted to reserve status
  • Companies A and B ordered into active military service 1 November 2004 at Arden Hills, Minnesota; released from active military service 31 October 2006 and reverted to reserve status
  • Companies A and B ordered into active military service 26 November 2007 at Arden Hills, Minnesota; released from active military service 29 December 2008 and reverted to reserve status
