  • Redesignated 22 April 1947 as the 314th Chemical Processing Company and allotted to the Organized Reserves
  • Activated 3 May 1947 at Charleston, South Carolina
  • (Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)
  • Reorganized and redesignated 31 December 1953 as the 314th Chemical Company
  • Inactivated 28 February 1958 at Charleston, South Carolina
  • Activated 16 October 1984 at Carrollton, Georgia
  • Ordered into active military service 10 February 2003 at Carrollton, Georgia; released from active military service 7 December 2004 and reverted to reserve status

  • Element ordered into active military service 9 June 2009 at Decatur, Georgia; released from active military service 13 July 2010 and reverted to reserve status
