- Redesignated 1 October 2005 as Company D, 82d Aviation Regiment
- Inactivated 15 June 2006 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and relieved from assignment to the 82d Airborne Division
- Assigned 16 February 2017 to the Combat Aviation Brigade, 82d Airborne Division, and activated at Fort Bragg, North Carolina
