  • Assigned 16 November 2005 to the Combat Aviation Brigade, 25th Infantry Division, and activated at Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii
  • Relieved 16 October 2013 from assignment to the Combat Aviation Brigade, 25th Infantry Division, and assigned to the Combat Aviation Brigade, 2d Infantry Division
  • Inactivated 15 September 2015 at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, and relieved from assignment to the Combat Aviation Brigade, 2d Infantry Division
  • Assigned 16 October 2015 to the Combat Aviation Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, and activated at Fort Carson, Colorado
