Tactical Operations Center (CTOC) under Iraqi SS-1B SCUD missile attack,
"Dragon City," near Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia --
By this attack personnel were in Mission Oriented Protective Posture Level
4 (MOPP-4) modified because of being inside an enclosed building; this
required only that individuals wore their M-17A1 protective masks and that
they kept the remainder of their protective suits close at hand in the
event that detectors indicated contamination inside the building. 20 January
