- Redesignated 1 March 1963 as Battery A, 4th Howitzer Battalion, 185th Field Artillery, and relieved from assignment to the 34th Infantry Division
- Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 1 January 1968 as Company D, 234th Signal Battalion, an element of the 34th Infantry Division
- Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 1 October 1979 as Detachment 1, 3657th Maintenance Company, a nondivisional unit
- Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 1 September 1987 as Detachment 1, 1168th Transportation Company
