Converted and redesignated 1 August 1946 as the 3384th Transportation Corps Driver Detachment

Redesignated 7 July 1965 as the 384th Transportation Detachment and allotted to the Regular Army

Activated 21 July 1965 at Fort Eustis, Virginia

Inactivated 30 June 1974 on Okinawa

Activated 16 June 2000 at Fort Eustis, Virginia
