Redesignated 22 April 1965 as the 274th Transportation Detachment and allotted to the Regular Army

Activated 4 May 1965 at Fort Eustis, Virginia

Inactivated 30 June 1971 in Vietnam

Activated 16 September 1979 in Germany

Inactivated 1 May 1986 in Germany

Activated 16 November 1994 at Fort Stewart, Georgia
