Location changed 10 November 1984 to Lockbourne, Ohio; changed 1 April 1989 to Blacklick, Ohio; changed 1 October 1996 to Columbus, Ohio

Reorganized and redesignated 16 June 1996 as the 346th Psychological Operations Company

Ordered into active military service 7 March 2003 at Columbus, Ohio; released from active military service 12 June 2004 and reverted to reserve status
