Inactivated 31 December 1947 in the Philippine Islands and concurrently withdrawn from the Philippine Scouts

Activated 25 September 1950 at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland

Allotted 24 October 1950 to the Regular Army

Reorganized and redesignated 20 February 1952 as the 94th Ordnance Armament Maintenance Detachment

Reorganized and redesignated 15 June 1954 as the 94th Ordnance Detachment

Inactivated 20 December 1957 at Fort Wadsworth, New York

Activated 26 March 1960 at Twin Cities Arsenal, Minnesota

Reorganized and redesignated 16 June 1997 as the 764th Ordnance Company
