Reorganized and redesignated 1 August 1942 as the 902d Engineer Air Force Headquarters Company

Inactivated 20 December 1947 in Germany

Redesignated 10 May 1967 as the 902d Engineer Company and allotted to the Regular Army

Activated 26 May 1967 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia

Inactivated 15 September 1994 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri

Activated 15 July 2008 in Germany
