  • Activated 1 September 1965 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri
  • Inactivated in early 1969 at Danang, Vietnam
  • Withdrawn 3 May 2004 from the Regular Army and allotted to the Army Reserve
  • Activated 16 September 2010 at Orlando, Florida
  • Ordered into active military service 2 August 2015 at Orlando, Florida
