Inactivated 31 May 1946 in the Philippines

Redesignated 9 December 1948 as the 485th Engineer Dump Truck Company and allotted to the Organized Reserve Corps

Activated 28 March 1949 at Phoenix, Arizona

Ordered into active military service 19 August 1950 at Phoenix, Arizona

(Organized Reserve Corps redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)

Reorganized and redesignated 1 April 1954 as the 485th Engineer Company

Released from active military service 20 January 1955 and reverted to reserve status with location at Camp Stoneman, California

Inactivated 1 May 1959 at Camp Stoneman, California

Activated 16 September 2008 at Rockford, Illinois
