(Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)

Reorganized and redesignated 3 November 1948 as the 362d Engineer Heavy Equipment Company

Inactivated 31 July 1953 at Gainesville, Florida

Redesignated 11 June 1954 as the 362d Engineer Company, withdrawn from the Army Reserve, and allotted to the Regular Army
