Redesignated 12 November 1948 as the 369th Chemical Smoke Generator Company and allotted to the Organized Reserve Corps

Activated 1 December 1948 at Boston, Massachusetts

Inactivated 24 April 1951 at Boston, Massachusetts

(Organized Reserve Corps redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)

Redesignated 16 February 1982 as the 369th Chemical Company and activated at Fort Bliss, Texas
