Reorganized and redesignated 23 May 1944 as the 77th Army Ground Forces Band
Inactivated 29 November 1946 on Saipan
Redesignated 15 April 1947 as the 77th Army Band
Activated 1 May 1947 in the Philippines as the 77th Army Band (Philippine Scouts)
Inactivated 1 June 1949 in the Philippines
Activated 1 November 1951 at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, as the 77th Army Band
